We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the parking. We understand how frustrating it must have been with the road closures and the lack of clear parking instructions. We are sorry that the information about the passcode and parking details was sent too late for you to review before your arrival. We normally send around 12 AM instructions ith navigation adress and code for the bollard by SMS for the guests we have the mobile phone number. We will work on improving the clarity and timing of this information to ensure future guests are better informed. We appreciate your comments, and we hope to welcome you back to Mercure Rouen Cathédrale under more favorable circumstances. Although we would have liked your experience to have been more pleasant, your feedback and impressions are very important to us, as the comfort of our customers is essential to us. The whole team is committed to improving our customers' stay and meeting their expectations. Concerning the state of the rooms and the equipment, this begins with taking your comments into account. The Mercure Rouen Center Cathedrale hotel was completely renovated in 2017 and I regret that it did not meet your satisfaction. Regarding pillows they are all new, but to having managed different hotels for several years, the comfort of a bed and pillows are very personal things. Other customers love our new pillows. I of course regret your dissatisfaction on this specific point. I see that you appreciated the sympathy and professionalism of the teams who work every day for your well-being.
