Côté hôtel, rien à redire, parfait. Côté recharge véhicule électrique de leur parking, je ne comprends pas qu'Accor Novotel confie des emplacements de recharge électrique à un opérateur peu scrupuleux de facturer le kwh à un prix élevé et surtout de facturer 0,13€ la minute au delà de 3h de charge. Comme la borne est lente, ça m'a coûté 120€ !

Un belle hotel face à la gare de Parme, le quartier n'est pas le plus jolie de la ville mais il est situer à 10mn à pied du centre. L'hôtel est complet avec une piscine, une salle de fitness, parking, bar et restaurant. Le seul reproche est que la piscine en hors saison n'est pas un endroit toujours calme, les règles ne sont pas respectées, parfois très bruyant. Dommage quand on recherche du calme et du repos.
