Dear Raphael f., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations and that these points had such an impact on your overall impression. Regarding our Restaurant, it is closed for its annual holiday period throughout August, as clearly indicated on our website. During this period, however, we do offer a selection of food options at our Bar as an alternative for our guests. Our pool is designed primarily as a place for our guests to cool off and relax during the warmer months, rather than as a large swimming pool. As for the parking fee, our rate of €18 per day is in line with the rates generally applied for private parking in the area, while our private garage offers the convenience and security of parking directly at the hotel. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Should you wish to provide any further details, we remain entirely at your disposal to look into your experience more thoroughly.
