L'accueil n'est pas très sympathique, manque d'empathie, très mécanique et peu courtoi. La réception est bizarrement placée, de par son aménagement la réceptionniste n'est pas face au clients. Elle aussi pas bien rangée.

L’hôtel est bien situé et très bien amménagé. Le seul problème est le personnel de l’hôtel. J’ai été accueilli par une femme très désagréable qui m’a donné l’impression que je l’a dérangeais. Cette même femme a très bien vu que j’étais au bar par la suite et n’est jamais venu me servir. Pas un sourir, rien. Je trouve ça dommage parce que l’hôtel est très bien sinon !
