Such a shame about this hotel. Positives. Such a grand setting, lovely gardens and the beer garden is lovely. The staff are friendly and approachable and the inside of the hotel is quite nice however requires a bit of TLC. The room I stayed in is generous with a very powerful shower and hot water in abundance however, sone may need to be very careful as it may be deemed as a safety hazard (I personally loved it) The WIFI is adequate and overall comfortable stay. Negatives. This reflects the overall score. The breakfast was terrible for 16.50. On reflection, don't bother and source elsewhere. It's £10 to use the pool and this facility. I can't get my head around this although I know others do it. The pool area was empty so why put a charge in? The hotel is difficult to navigate to. Not the hotels fault but it isn't close to amenities that people often want. You are sort of tied to the hotel although taxis are good and prompt. The walls to the rooms appear to be in some sort of repair stage. Will be nicer when done. Overall, this hotel could be very good but let down with the little things.

Front of the hotel looks pleasant but corridors were full of unpainted wall filler and the carpets in the room are badly stained. A breakfast was £16.50 and was frankly rubbish. Not a terrible hotel but definitely not great These are extra words because trip advisor stupidly insists on 220 characters when I have nothing extra to say :)

Sleepless Night- No air conditioning

I stayed at the property on 24th Aug,2024. Terrible experience with sleepless night as air conditioning was not working in a privilege Room 153. Called reception and only response reception had was to provide with a Fan . Whatttt a nightmare after good experience at Creamfields. Never again

Excellent hotel - the stafff made it a very enjoyable experience

The most comfortable bed ever and it was absolutely huge. Spacious room - bath and large bathroom - all spotless- the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect- delicious gluten free breakfast- lots of choice cheese fruit meats even ginger and lemon for a morning drink- was able to dine alfresco- lovely place to have a drink and relax- well kept gardens - I must mention the cleaner guy who work non stop all weekend and the place sparkled - thanks to all the hard working staff - definitely stay again - didn’t manage to fit it a visit to the pool and spa but it looked very inviting

Was voor zaken in dit hotel en wat mij dadelijk opviel was dat dit een Heel fijn Hotel is en een zeer vriendelijke en professionele ontvangst heeft en dit vooral van Michelle aan de receptie. Ze was zeer behulpzaam en helpt je dadelijk indien er een probleem is.
