The restaurant was overall very nice, with extremely friendly staff and a wonderful view. We really enjoyed the appetizer; however, the main course—especially the steak—did not meet our expectations. Given the price range, we expected a significantly higher quality. I would especially like to thank the staff, in particular Mrs. Wa, Mrs. Raungkhao, Mrs. Nam, Mr. Kim, and Mrs. Nantana, for their warm and attentive service. Additionally, it was my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised with a piece of cake—thank you very much for this thoughtful gesture!

Khun Nam, Khao and Na are the best. The view, food and atmosphere are the perfect! We can see the sea and the view from our table too.

This review is a reminder to double-check your booking. We accidentally booked Veranda Residence Pattaya instead of Veranda Resort Pattaya, thinking they were the same place. When we arrived feeling confused and exhausted, we were very lucky to meet Praew and Khim, reception staff from Veranda Resort Pattaya. Even though we were not their guests, they kindly helped us without hesitation. Praew clearly explained the situation and guided us to contact the correct place for our key card, while Khim was very supportive and reassuring. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Although we didn’t stay at the resort this time, we will definitely choose Veranda Resort Pattaya on our next visit to Thailand. Thank you sincerely, Praew and Khim.

Excellent service from arrival to departure. The bellboy was polite and welcoming, and Ms. Praew (GSA) provided outstanding check-in service with great attention to detail. Dinner was delicious, with attentive staff and a beautiful sea-view atmosphere. A truly enjoyable experience.

A beautiful, peaceful, and very well-maintained hotel with modern facilities and a fantastic pool. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive – especially Play, Preaw, and Oil, who were helpful, warm, and always focused on the guests' well-being. The private beach with direct access is simply wonderful. Breakfast was always fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. Overall, a relaxing oasis of well being that I can highly recommend.
