Tight room not suitable for family with a child (3 persons) Request extra pillow and blanket night time not serve until customer made 2nd call. Stay 2nd night not serve water and add soap etc. Until request.

Poor management and control in peak period. The hotel was not available to check in until 6pm. The reception only asked guest to wait for room availability without any notification. I have to keep asking by myself and there is no action from management.

Great location Good Customer service Facilities for children Excellent only fault TVS in both rooms bad reception apart from that highly recommend Families with Children Ocean Resort the hotel to stay

First surprise was during our check-in, Mr.Pablo, the GM of the hotel was the person who welcome us and prepared for the check-in himself which is such a great experience then as I am a Platinum accor member so he also offered me a room-upgrade to suite which is beyond our expectation :) The hotel is new, clean and only 2 mins away from Pattaya beach. There is also a 7-11 just a few steps from the hotel in case if you need any quick meal but I have to say that the food at the hotel is also nice with reasonable price so you do not even need to go out. All hotel staffs are super friendly and they will smile, greet you every time you walk pass the reception area showing their great service mind. Will definitely be back to visit Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort again soon.

Very well located Used to hotel Accor as a silver member I never get a so bad experience The neighbours was puting music so loud and doing noise all night and they just call him I had to change room without any apologise without any good solution from staff I have to insist and request to change roomthe welcome is not at the level at all The customer is just ignore
