A great but a bit dated hotel. We recived a very friendly welcome and got an upgrade to a full front seaview room, due to my ALL membership level. Great sunset view from the balcony. Nice breakfast even if it got a bit crowded during rush hour. But there is one thing that I did not like at all, and the only reason i do not give 5*. There was far from enough sunbeds around the pool to cope with all the guests. And only a few in a shadow area. At 08.00 am apx. 98% of all sunbeds where reserved, but only 5 % in use, and no the guests were not swimming in the pool or the sea... After two days without sunbed we just had to join the "towel mafia" and set the alarm at 06.30 am! It was the only possibility to get a sunbed with some shadow. That is not holiday in my opinion and defenitly not what I had expected from a 5* resort... You could reserve a "daybed" for 4.000 Bath! (apx 110. Euro), the amount could be redemed for food and drinks in the poolbar, but still...

Pullman is always our choice to stay when we come to Pattaya. Excellent survice , location , pool , beach All staff at the louge are wonderful speacial thanks , P' Ploy 🙏🥰

Wonderful Stay”} Today is my last day staying at the hotel, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation. Throughout my 5-night stay, I was impressed every time I used the hotel’s services, whether at the restaurant or the bar. I would especially like to thank the staff members named Mong, Ploy, and Karn. Every time I met them, they made me feel happy. They were always friendly, smiling, and truly attentive to guests. Their service made my stay even more memorable. I would like to thank all of the staff for their kindness and excellent service

Good staff and room, but crowded breakfast, poor halal options, late cleaning and dirty beach.

I had a mixed experience at Pullman Pattaya G Hotel. At check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit despite being an Accor Gold and Voyage+ member, which removed the benefit of a fast checkout. Breakfast on Saturday was extremely crowded, and I had to ask to share a table. The staff were friendly, and the anniversary bed decoration with flowers was a thoughtful gesture. Welcome fruits were very basic, though the small pastry was good. Housekeeping on Sunday was delayed until around 3:30 pm. The beach was not very clean. Breakfast was also not halal-friendly, as halal chicken sausages were placed next to pork, and vegetarian options were limited. On the positive side, pool access was good, and the room was comfortable.
