However, I would like to extend my sincere apologies that several aspects of your visit did not meet expectations. We regret the issues you encountered with the bedding and pillows. Guest comfort is of paramount importance, and I can confirm we are actively reviewing our in-room amenities and am delighted to let you know that new mattresses, quilts and pillows were all installed in mid-February. Regarding the breakfast service, I am very sorry to learn about your interaction with a member of our breakfast team. Please rest assured this is not reflective of our service standards. Your comments have been noted and will be addressed with the individual concerned, alongside further training to uphold a consistently positive guest experience. Additionally, your feedback regarding vegetarian options is both valid and appreciated.
