Beaucoup de commentaires négatifs et positifs. Difficile de se faire un avis… Objectivement : ce n’est pas le meilleur Mercure c’est une évidence : chambres vieillissantes, insonorisation au plus bas (on entend au mot près la conversation d’à côté). Il a besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement mais dans ce cas soyez attentifs aux détails : barre de douche cassée avec un pommeau qui ne tient pas et distributeur de savon vide à côté du lavabo. Ce n’est pas acceptable et pourtant facile à corriger. Les parties communes du rez de chaussé sont agréables. Les accès très boueux mais peut être qu’il s’agit d’un accès de la commune et n’appartenant pas à l’hôtel. Pour résumer la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du prix et du standing 4 étoiles : il y a beaucoup mieux mais il y a pire aussi.

Good Hotel, Very Small Room

I stayed here for only one day.. or rather Half day. Staff was good and helpful.. Only shortcoming I saw was that room I was provided was very small. Rarely any space for even moving around bed.. I have stayed earlier in Mercure Hotels.. I was Expecting a better, Bigger Room..

Paris SCAM at Hotel Dauphine in St. Germain

Arrived in Paris late at night two weeks ago, for our wedding anniversary celebration. I had booked this hotel in July, 2024 after reviewing a very glossy web site that after all was a trap of $320 USD a night. The room was dirty (soiled rugs, towels, food leftovers and an unpleasant odor). With my wife in tears we left immediately. With the assistance of the front desk I got the full refund.

Not good. Don't waste your money here.

Problems with a privileged room that cost ~400EUR/night: 1. When the AC is running, it makes a noise at an interval of 2 mins. When it is shuts down, the noise remains and the frequency reduces. We were told that all the rooms of this hotel have this problem. Video attached. 2. Toilet and bathroom doors don't close. Videos attached. 3. Bathroom window had somebody's underwear in the window sill. Video attached. Video attached. 4. Water boiler already had leftover water from before and therefore is now moldy. Picture attached. 5. Only one chair in the room. No facilities to sit and relax except for the bed - this is unhygienic. Picture attached. 6. Shower cap is of low quality. It simply burst when I tried to open it. Pic attached. 7. Shower head and shower knob are broken. Pictures attached. 8. Coffee machine is available but no suitable coffee capsules to make use of the machine. Pic attached. 9. Rooms aren't sound proof. We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night and very early in the morning due to the noise from the corridor.
