Location is absolutely fantastic for the O2 Arena. Hotel is very comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Rooms spotlessly clean but small and compact. Breakfast was 5 star without a doubt. Loved the stay couldnt fault it. I will definitely return

Very impressed. Although it's a new hotel the team were brilliant and the manager was all over it. Clean, warm, cosy and quiet - just what was required so I couldn't have asked for more. Nice and sensible location for ExCel

The staff in the hotel were really lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Very pleasant surroundings. Breakfast was perfect. We stayed as it’s one of the hotels recommended when you book Abba voyage. It’s only 15 minutes by train. Not particularly close but fine. We could leave our luggage which was great. The icing on the cake was the card balloons and cake for my husband’s 60th

This is a decent hotels for travelers. There is very easy access to the subway. The rooms are clean but most Americans will find them on the small side. If you are used to bathing with a wash cloth, be sure to pack one. None will be provided. The rooms are quiet and you need your room key to access the upper floors. The bar/restaurant/common area is friendly and inviting. There is a Starbucks and a McDonald’s next door.

A great getaway

London did not disappoint!! I had a fantastic time! The service here at Ibis Canning Town has been spot on. The staff is super friendly and willing to help and go out of their way for every person that crosses their threshold! Beena who checked me in and is extremely helpful with all my needs and requests; and Justina who went above and beyond to help me!! The room was a little small, which was perfect for a few days getaway. They wee kind and left me a birthday surprise upon check in. The food down at the pub in the evenings was great. I was there for the live music on Thursdays and it was great!! Very mellow serenades if a lovely voice from Tracy Lee Norman. The breakfast had a mix of everything to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Only a few hiccups but we’re rectified quickly - heat wasn’t blowing and the wifi went down for a short time. It is directly across from the Canning Town stop (Jubilee Line and the DLR) so easy access to get anywhere around London. I definitely will come to stay here again!!
