We appreciate your comments about the bathroom maintenance and will address the grout issue promptly. Regarding the breakfast, we’d like to clarify that the cost is €30 per person, as stated in our information, and on your final invoice. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, as the final bill likely included the breakfast as well as additional city taxes (of 11.38€/day/pers).
