Hotelowi bliżej do 3* niż 4*. Bardziej przypomina hotel Ibis i to przed remontami. Śniadania sa mało urozmaicone i słabej jakości. Hotel ma własny bar z sikami, a do śniadania podaje soki z kartonów. Kosmetyki w pokojach bez podanej marki i składu. Cena jest atrakcyjna, plus jest parking na miejscu.

The good: Overall it was a good experience. My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel looks very good well kept, the room was very clean. We could tell that everyday the cleaning staff cleansed the whole bathroom. Fresh water in the room everyday, for free. Nothing to point out about the staff, they were quite nice. Really a 4-star hotel. The bad: We only had breakfast included because we had to spend the whole day away working. We got to the restaurant very early, about 7h30 am and the place was absolutely crowded with a large group (we could tell it was a group because they were all asian). Next day we had to sit outside for breakfast for the same reason (there are heaters on the terrace but they are not sufficient). We only had dinner in the restaurant once. It's either burguers or the HEALTHY Food&Beverage options. We ordered BOWL DA ESTAÇÃO and SALMON POKE. It was nothing special and quite expensive. On the last night at late hours, the room next door decided to have a party with loud music, loud talking and slamming doors. We called reception and they promptly intervened. (I think it should be a general policy in alls hotels to separate "business" and "vacation" guests.)

We are very pleased to know that overall, your experience at our hotel was good. Regarding the number of heaters, we take due note in order to try to reinforce the heat source in that space. In terms of meals, we have 2 restaurants at the Hotel, the Boshq Restaurant based on modern dishes with a flexitarian concept, with balanced and healthy dishes made with local and fresh ingredients and the Wild Restaurant with “homemade” burgers, the famous Dynamit Shrimps, among other dishes, which delight customers. We regret the noise from the room next door which, as you mentioned, deserved a quick diligence from our staff, as our primary objective is to provide a great stay for everyone who comes to us. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have had, unintentionally from us. It will be a great pleasure to continue deserving your preference and trust. Regretful Experience at This Hotel: Is it really a Mercure an Accor Brand!!!

I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff here. I requested water bottles for my room, and they informed me that it's complimentary only on the first day; subsequently, it cost 2.50 Euros per bottle. When I inquired why they hadn't informed me earlier, their response was that they don't provide such information, much like they didn't mention the complimentary water on the first day. Moreover, when I wanted to purchase water and requested them to charge it to my room, I was told there would be a 4 Euro tax for in-room delivery. Additionally, for basic requests like ice, which they only had in crushed form and not as cubes, they also charged a 4-5 Euro delivery fee to bring it to my room. The surrounding area lacked restaurants, and everything seemed quite far away. In light of these experiences, I would not recommend staying here. I have three rooms here for 7 nights, and I deeply regret booking this hotel. The lift says it can accommodate 8 people but it's so small that it can take a maximum of 5-6 at most and they have just two lifts, because of which we had an option to either wait for at least 10 mins or climb the stairs. A normal request for iron in the room took more than an hour and yet it was not delivered, the AC in one of the rooms didn't work and the service guy took 45 minutes to come and fix it.

Reception staff were excellent. The Rooms were comfortable and spotless. The parking was odd but OK. The 4 stars covered this. The bar and restaurant were zero alcohol areas. This should have been made clear when booking. Instead we found out by trying to get a drink in the bar. The drinks in the bar were terrible. Difficult to ruin orange juice but they did.
