Expensive for its quality

Location very good.Very close to metro station.A lot of shops nearby.The interior was poor.Breakfast was good.The room was small.One big disadvantage was that the shower head was high and fixed on the wall so you couldn’t remove it if you wanted to shower and clean all the parts of your body.Your hair got wet either you liked it or not.Also the water in the water basin was overflowing and you had to remove the tap every time you were using it otherwise it flooded.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I've had better experiences at cheaper motels on the roadside. The room was riddled with existing problems - peeling paint, random power cuts and a barely functional WiFi connection. However, the most concerning issue was the faulty shower door. It was hanging by a ziptie and fell on me during my shower creating a significant safety hazard. At checkout we were presented with an outrageous bill of €150 for an already faulty bedside lamp that wouldn't cost more than €20. This outright extortion coupled with the rude hotel manager created the most unpleasant and distressing experiences I've had in any accommodation especially a supposed 3 star hotel. Overall, I felt unsafe and utterly ripped off. Stay away from this hotel unless you enjoy paying exorbitant rates for terrible conditions and risking your safety. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

We did not receive any complain from you during your stay, we would have would have done everything we could in order to solve any inconveniences. We would like to remember you our is a branded hotel, so the bed satisfies all the good qualities our brand can guarantees. Really, we don’t know if this is more sad or more offensive. Respect the people, respect the workers and next time try to have a civilized conversation. Thanks

My recent stay at the Ibis Styles Milano Central was completely ruined by an outrageous and unjust charge. After touching a lamp in my room just after check in, a section of it fell off —something that clearly points to poor maintenance. Instead of addressing this simple issue, a senior manager informed me that I would be charged an absurd €150. I explained the situation calmly, emphasising that the screw falling out was not my fault. Nonetheless, I was met with stubbornness and a complete lack of customer care. This experience was incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling like this hotel cares more about squeezing money out of its guests than providing a decent stay. The fact that a simple maintenance issue resulted in such an extortionate charge is unacceptable. Along with this, the shower door was zip tied together and fell off its hinges and whilst having a shower there was a complete power cut which lasted 5 minutes. In our room there is also peeling paint on the walls. Unless this ridiculous charge is removed, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s clear they have no interest in fair treatment or good customer service.

Shocking stay and unsafe

TLDR: Very bad service, safety is shocking and extorted for money by the manager. Please look elsewhere for accommodation. During our stay, we occurred many problems. Firstly, there was a power cut during our stay in which the power was off for a long time. During this time I was in the shower, and it went pitch black without me even able to see the door. I reached for the door and tried to open it, to which I had the heavy sliding door fall onto me, injuring my leg. To my surprise the door had been zip tied on! What a shambles. One of the sliding wheels was missing and it had just been held in place. We were not informed of this before we were given the room and this is a massive safety hazard. I felt very unsafe. The next day, we came back to the hotel at night, to have the manager waiting for us. He told us that a lamp had been broken in our room, and it would cost €150 to repair. Really? He then proceeded to point at a ceiling light bulb saying that one of them cost €100. The fact that he thought he could extort us for this much money is shocking. This is very unsafe and we are very lucky no one was harmed due to the light and exposed wire that even the manager confirmed was in the room. The fact that he can think he can charge us is insane. The room is also quite rundown, with plaster and paint peeling off the walls, and the WiFi barely functioned, I wish I had spent a tiny bit more to stay at a place which was actually looked after. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
