Vriendelijk en behulpzaam check-in. Kamer was schoon en ruim. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en vers. Ideale ligging, trein en busstation op 10 minuten loopafstand. Alleen kamers naar de drukke weg hebben een uitzicht alle andere kamers kijken op binnenhof of tegen een muur.

Het hotel is goed gelegen, we bezochten het oude stadscentrum te voet. Aan de receptie werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door behulpzaam personeel. De kamer is vrij ruim en comfortabel, wel kraakte de vloer heel erg, wat we niet gewend zijn in een Ibis hotel. Er was ook maar weinig ruimte tussen de badkamerdeur en de rechterkant van het bed. De verwarming was goed te regelen zodat het niet te warm was ‘s nachts. Aan het ontbijt moesten we even wennen: haring, bietjes, pepers, koolsla, tomaten, gebakken aardappelen, maar ook wel porridge, eieren, brood, yoghurt, kaas, charcuterie en fruit. We zijn tevreden.

Met Djoser in dit hotel verbleven. Prima hotel, vlakbij het centrum. Kamer met airco, geen kluisje, als je zoals wij, een kamer krijgt die geschikt is voor invaliden dan heb je na elke douchebeurt een kletsnatte badkamer. Jammer dat er geen schot of gordijn rondom de douche is om het waterballet enigszins te beperken. Service prima, hadden een derde opklapbed op de kamer met een dun schuimrubbermatras, dit is niet slaapbaar voor een volwassene. Er werd een normaal matras gebracht. Het doucheputje zat verstopt waardoor het water de kamer inliep, ook dit werd snel verholpen. Ontbijtruimte is wat benauwd, in de kelder. Waar je kunt zitten is ruim genoeg maar waar het buffet staat is minimaal. Keuze was ook niet groot. Gezellige lobby waar je wat kunt drinken.

The room for disabled people is a big room facing the courtyard so it is more quite that rooms facing the street! These rooms are big so there is even space for extra bed inside! Unfortunately, there isn't a shower cabin so the water is flowing all around the floor in the bathroom, but we cannot put the curtains around the shower because it could cause inconvinience for disabled persons! We already has changed all extra bed mattresses to new ones so for the future our guest won't need to face these kind of problems! At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
