Dear Michiel L., Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water outage during your stay. Unfortunately, this issue was not related to the hotel's internal facilities but was caused by an emergency interruption of the municipal water supply, which affected a large part of Riga during the night. As soon as we received information from the utility provider, we informed our guests in advance about the expected disruption. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to have access to water during that time, especially when preparing for the day ahead. While the situation was beyond our control, we regret that it impacted your experience with us.
