Helaas kan ik niet positief zijn. Rode brand aan mijn benen gekregen. Uitslag te wijten aan wasmiddelen van beddengoed of toch iets anders. Het niet accepteren van mijn enige credit kaart, Amex, heeft als resultaat gehad dat ik geen gebruik gemaakt heb van minibar, restaurant of bar.

I am truly sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced with your legs, and I sincerely apologize for the distress this caused during your stay. Your wellbeing is very important to us, and we take concerns like this very seriously. I also understand the frustration caused by the inability to use your American Express card for the minibar, restaurant, or bar. Unfortunately, in Latvia, acceptance of American Express is still limited compared to other cards, which can sometimes cause inconvenience. Please note that we do have an on-site ATM that accepts all major cards, including Amex, for cash withdrawals, which many guests find helpful. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and front office teams to help prevent similar situations in the future. Een luxe verblijf, met ruime kamer en badkamer. Alles was prima voor elkaar. En de ligging is prachtig in de oude binnenstad van Riga.

Heel aangenaam en smaakvol kader, op wandelafstand van art nouveau wijk, park, oude stad. Heel veel leuke horecazaken vlakbij, rustig. Fantastisch ontbijtbuffet, ontzettend uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Leuke kamer met nespresso en thee, een goed bed, nét genoeg bergruimte voor 2 nachten. Wastafel in de kamer zelf niet storend, maar ook daar net iets te weinig ruimte voor je spullen. Uitstekende douche en badlinnen.
