Dear William, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am truly sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced with your legs, and I sincerely apologize for the distress this caused during your stay. Your wellbeing is very important to us, and we take concerns like this very seriously. I also understand the frustration caused by the inability to use your American Express card for the minibar, restaurant, or bar. Unfortunately, in Latvia, acceptance of American Express is still limited compared to other cards, which can sometimes cause inconvenience. Please note that we do have an on-site ATM that accepts all major cards, including Amex, for cash withdrawals, which many guests find helpful. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and front office teams to help prevent similar situations in the future.
