Comfortabel, ruime kamer, heerlijk bed. Uitgebreid ontbijt, centraal gelegen in de historische binnenstad. De kamer heeft wel weinig daglicht, beetje donker en geen optimale verlichting, als enige punt v. kritiek.

Het verblijf was prima. Kamer mooi en compleet. Wat jammer was dat het heel erg warm was op d. kamer. d. airco koelde niet. Het bleef bijna 24 graden dit is te warm om te slapen. Jammer dat er geen raam open kon.

Helaas kan ik niet positief zijn. Rode brand aan mijn benen gekregen. Uitslag te wijten aan wasmiddelen van beddengoed of toch iets anders. Het niet accepteren van mijn enige credit kaart, Amex, heeft als resultaat gehad dat ik geen gebruik gemaakt heb van minibar, restaurant of bar.

I am truly sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced with your legs, and I sincerely apologize for the distress this caused during your stay. Your wellbeing is very important to us, and we take concerns like this very seriously. I also understand the frustration caused by the inability to use your American Express card for the minibar, restaurant, or bar. Unfortunately, in Latvia, acceptance of American Express is still limited compared to other cards, which can sometimes cause inconvenience. Please note that we do have an on-site ATM that accepts all major cards, including Amex, for cash withdrawals, which many guests find helpful. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and front office teams to help prevent similar situations in the future.
