Das Zimmer war sehr klein und der Teppichboden voller Flecke. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett.

Ideal für ein Wochenende

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer, funktionierende Dusche, nettes Personal, Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, könnte aber vielleicht etwas umfangreicher sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört da wir immer gut schlafen, aber die Schallisolierung zu den den Nachbarn und zur Straße ist nicht optimal. Alles in allem würden wir aber wieder dieses Hotel buchen!

Zentrale Lage, super Verbindung mit Metro!

War mit meinem 8 jährigen Sohn dort. Zimmer war sehr groß, genug Stauraum, sehr großes Bad mit Dusche. Sehr sauber, Personal freundlich. Gegenüber ist das Parkhaus Alhambra. Habe dort mein Auto geparkt. Parklücken sind eng, habe ein großes Auto, ging aber trotzdem. Metro dort mit allen Verbindungen, damit kommt man am besten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es Bäckereien, Restaurants, der Japaner vor der Tür ist lecker!

Zentral gelegen, Räume schon ziemlich abgewohnt, Parken schwer oder nahezu unmöglich, keine Accor Credentials angeboten

Dear guest, we would like to thank you for having taken the time to write and share your experience with the community. We are also somewhat disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations. The hotel was renewed by the Accor group a few years ago, as to the parking you chose a hotel in the center of the city where space is limited and it is not our fault if you could not find a place to park in front of the hotel, yet we gave you different options where you could park more than once. As to a card not being offered, not only do you have one holding the silver status, but you also have an All Business, thus there is no card to be offered. We take all your remarks in consideration and those concerning us will be dealt with. We wish you a happy new year. Manuel

Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und das Bad für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr groß. Leider ist in den Zimmern noch Teppichboden, aber alles sauber.
