Dear guest, we would like to thank you for having taken the time to write and share your experience with the community. We are also somewhat disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations. The hotel was renewed by the Accor group a few years ago, as to the parking you chose a hotel in the center of the city where space is limited and it is not our fault if you could not find a place to park in front of the hotel, yet we gave you different options where you could park more than once. As to a card not being offered, not only do you have one holding the silver status, but you also have an All Business, thus there is no card to be offered.
