We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the standards you expect from Novotel. We understand your frustration regarding the air-conditioning malfunction, the issue with your colleague's shower, and the impression that our team did not provide the assistance and solutions you were entitled to expect. Unfortunately, during your stay, as per the extreme heat in the city, certain rooms were affected by unexpected air-conditioning malfunctions, which led to temporary disruptions while our technical teams worked to resolve them. However, this situation does not excuse the lack of follow-up and support you experienced, and we are truly sorry that your requests were not handled with the attention and care they deserved.
