All the staff of the resort are well trained and they served all customers wholeheartedly. Shitha is one of them who made us warm in our heart. The food there is outstanding! The buffet meals with plenty of variety which had not repeated the dishes within my stay for 5 days and 4 nights. And unforgettable Italian dinner at Vista was so nice. The staff there was so professional. We definitely will visit the resort again in the future. We just left for a few days, but we have already missing our stay there so much.

Shoutout to Afu & Gracia at Dive Center

We stayed here for 10 memorable days and want to give a special shoutout to Afu from the Dive Center who enthusiastically guided us through many water activities (ex. jetski trip to a sandbank, fun tube, dolphin cruise) and helped us take pictures, so we can look back on these moments later. We went to the Maldives for its gorgeous water and Afu & Gracia, who were super friendly, enhanced the whole experience. Thank you! :D

Bad experience, no reception, booking was cancelled, had to fight to get it reinstated, food during lunch was extremely bad.

A Wonderful Stay in Maldives

We stayed at Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort for 5 nights in a sunset overwater bungalow with a private pool. The room is spacious, modern, and just fabulous!! It's as beautiful as the pictures on their website. The infinity pool in the common area is nice and big. The hotel ground and common areas are well kept and clean. It was a well organized process in getting us from Male airport to the resort. We arrived to Male the night before as a buffer in case of any delays. We were given the flight time from Male to Kooddoo only one day in advance. I would have liked to know about my flight time further in advance for planning purposes. Once we arrived in Kooddoo, the staff was ready to welcome us and bring us to the resort which is only about 3-5 minutes ride from the airport. The check-in process was a breeze. We had an all inclusive package and enjoyed dining in their restaurants with delicious food. The staff was nice, polite, and attentive to our needs. Communication before our arrival was very helpful.
