Fantastic hotel in every way

We could not fault this beautiful hotel in any way at all . The service was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was plentiful, traditional and continental choice and I went for Cambodian food each time … delicious 😋 Room was superbly comfortable and cleaned beautifully each day. The bar was fabulous and we enjoyed 2 for price of I cocktails 🍹 at happy hour… 4pm to 7pm which were only 3. 5 dollars anyway! We loved being right in central Siem Reap near the night market and street food .

Well located next to the Old Market, and walking distance to Pub Street, Ibis Styles is within walking distance of Siem Reap's action. In spite of the activity nearby, the rooms are very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Front desk staff are very pleasant and efficient. The hotel's restaurant is equally staffed with pleasant and very helpful people, offering excellent food and service. It was a most pleasant stay for me.

Great hotel and location. Clean, bright and modern? Happy hour 4-7 daily, which can be charged to your room. Breakfast daily from 6:30-9:30 with egg station. Right across the road from the night market and 1 street away from pub street. We felt safe walking the river at night, the staff were very friendly and always available. At the roof top pool, you call down to the bar area for drinks and food. Overall great experience.

Great location for walking to eat/shop. Beds fairly comfortable. Rooms and bathroom very small but well designed. Breakfast had good variety Western/Asian foods but they leave the door open to the restaurant which is very uncomfortable with the 98 degree heat we had. It makes no sense since the rest of the hotel is AC and it seemed to be on in the restaurant, just wasted in one of the rooms where breakfast is served. Pool a great temperature but no shade and this meant the metal rails needed for getting in and out are so hot they can't be used. They need a shade over that part of the pool. Found a great little restaurant about 3/4 km away (75 cents each way by Grab tuk tuk-well worth it in the heat) that is air conditioned and had very delicious, inexpensive, very varied menu. It is called The Grill. Large shopping area a block to the left outside the hotel. 7-11 about a block away.

Just to clarify about breakfast - we actually keep the doors closed during breakfast service as temperatures rise, and only open them afterward as guests usually enjoy the river views and daily life. If this was open during your visit, but we'll look into it! Good point about the pool railings - we actually have plans underway to add more shade to the pool area, which should help with those hot metal fixtures. Appreciate the tip about nearby restaurant - it sounds like a great find. Many of our guests enjoy discovering local spots like this, and the Grab tuk-tuk option is definitely a smart way to get around when it's sunny outside. Hope we can welcome you back sometime!
