You can't get more central than the Place du Capitole. And Toulouse's green credentials mean that most of the time the loudest noise you hear on the square is conversation. Great welcome from the staff, comfortable rooms and self-serve breakfast. Breakfast can be crowded but they do post notices about the busiest times. Do choose a room on the square: the view is great (see picture).

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I got an upgrade on the room which was more spacious. The decor was a little out of date, but still comfortable. I would recommend staying at this hotel. This hotel is in walking distance to most tourist attractions.

Toulouse Ibis Styles Capitole (note there are lots of Ibis Styles hotels in Toulouse - need to be specific!) Stayed one night with a friend. Our flight had landed at 7pm on Friday night and after c38€ taxi we were at the hotel within 40mins or so 👌🏻 We were travelling on the next day so needed to return to airport and pick up a car hire for our travels but decided that staying at an airport hotel near the airport would be soul destroying! Hence we picked Styles Capitole. Capitole proved to have an excellent location right in heart of the city which on a Friday night was absolutely buzzing. So many restaurants and bars to choose from and such a beautiful city centre to wander round even at night as it was so busy. For the value this was an excellent hotel for us. What we really liked (in order of our priority for this stay): really good quality beds, linens and pillows for a restful sleep and quiet (Friday night in early February so it wasn't hugely busy). The room was a good size and had everything you need for a short break - super clean, powerful shower and had nice decor too (again given the € - it's not lux but we didn't expect that for €135!). Tea, coffee stations are in the main area (not in your room). The hotels main areas (reception, bar, breakfast area) also had a new, clean modern style (see pics) and the reception team were charming - Sophie had called the day before to clarify whether we needed a car park space (thank god not - the City centre is very pedestrianised and roads narrow / medieval so glad didn't have to navigate them!). Sophie was also on reception on arrival and was so welcoming and helpful to recommend a fabulous restaurant after we said what style we fancied that night. Breakfast was included (no option otherwise when we booked). I only had black coffee but my friend had a good breakfast from the buffet (hot - bacon & egg options, cold & continental). Both of us travel extensively for business and are used to the lux of the Mandarins & equivalents and the amenities of the large (anodyne!) corporate hotels. So we were pleasantly surprised by Toulouse Ibis Styles Capitole! Net net: great for us on this quick overnight stop. Note. Because of the car restrictions in the city centre our taxi arrived at huge, blank, mediaeval 'gate' at the rear -with no obvious hotel signs. Our driver was very helpful though and made sure we had used the intercom and entered - these huge gates are electronic and slowly swing open to reveal the courtyard within : however, in the dark quiet back street it was initially disconcerting!

Having never been to Toulouse before we wanted to be somewhere central and close to the Christmas Market and this did not disappoint at all . Location was fabulous and our room had two Juliet balconies overlooking the square just beautiful , service was great from start to finish and whilst very busy breakfast was good with loads to choose from and good quality , would definitely recommend

Ideal spot for a few days in Toulouse. Nice clean hotel with decent sized comfortable and clean rooms. Mine had a particularly great view over Capitole sqaure. Centrally located with easy access to Cafes bars, shops and Metro stations. Continental breakfast leaves plenty of choice, and the staff are very helpful. Only Hiccup during my stay was a powercut on the last day, but it was an area wide cut, not a fault with the Hotel
