I didn’t like that we asked if they can warm our food and they told us they were not allowed to let us warm our food, because it wasn’t purchased at the hotel restaurant. Just because that lack of customer service we decided not to order breakfast from the hotel.

Horrible stay and poor hospitality

We were promise several times a breakfast to go upon check-in because we had to leave very early morning. When we checked out there was no breakfast to go. Upon requesting at least a cookie from the bar we were denied. When we asked for a bottle of water (for our medicine) we were told that this wasn't part of a potential breakfast-to-go (which we paid for and never received) so we had to pay. I think combined with a bad bed and bad service in restaurant the evening before this sums up our stay.
