Extremely satisfied with the services at the hotel. customer service was excellent, staff was more than willing and anxious to meet your every need. I would highly recommend this hotel. one overwhelming suggestion I would offer would be to offer shuttle service to the airport, this would be much appreciated.

Check- In was annoying. No one welcomes you. They have free beverage by the front desk but is self service and the juice jar is open to flies. Our female receptionist was clueless of her role. She forgot to give us our hotel bracelets until we founs out 2nd day when we went to the beach area. Btw there is no such thing a private beach area for mercure they have harrasing vendors which is annoying. The pool was dirty. The bathroom had stains. The guy at the bar had an attitude when he had to do double trips for a drink. Poor management. With no to little experience.

The hotel was beautifully modern. The amenities were wonderful. Breakfast was hot, filling and not just continental. Nice pool, the suite was very large.
