I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. It has a great location, rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Yet, there were some things that should have worked and did not. -- The TV remote was not working, I really struggled to use it. -- The AC had no instructions, and I didn't know it was my responsibility to turn it on. This could simply be solved by providing a small set of instructions. -- Breakfast is particularly expensive. It is good that the hotel provides the option of not including the breakfast, but there should be a cheaper option included or the possibility of buying breakfast per day and not for the full stay. These small comments are just with the aim of making the hotel much better, so that it can be a full 10.

The hotel is advertising certain parts about the overall guest experience that are not accurate. The beach experience was completely overwhelming, the so called "private beach area" is anything but that, with random people being able to walk up to you whenever they want to try to sale you something. It makes it extremely difficult to relax in this environment, nevermind the fact that all of these street vendors are trying to rip you off any chance they get....as for the facilities, very overrated in my opinion. A hotel that advertises itself as a 4 star hotel should be able to provide amenities that focus on the extra attention to detail like more variety with the breakfast buffet, and robes in each room. I booked a couples massage and still no robes, we were in our underwear??? The hotel offers no ATM and as far as I know altough they advertise it online no airport shuttle.
