I stayed here for six nights in December 2025 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is located in an area of the city that is a mixture of residential, shops, businesses etc. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc around the hotel. It is about a 15-minute walk to the Plaça de Catalunya, and about 20 minutes by taxi/uber to the airport (during non-peak times). It's about a ten-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. My room on the sixth floor faced out onto the street but there was no noise, and it was a large room with all the usual amenities. The breakfast had the usual mixture of cold and hot items. It was ok but, by the sixth door, it was a bit mediocre. I felt very comfortable at this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.

This is a good hotel but with issues. The positive. Good location. Good breakfast. Good wi-fi. Staff very kind, friendly and helpful: The hotel's best characteristic. But. An inside room is no problem and is quiet but without any windows and with bare metal joists near the bed it felt uncomfortable

スタッフはフレンドリーで、室内の清掃もバッチリでした。部屋は狭いですが清潔で快適でした。欲を言うならば、冷蔵庫と備付のケトルが有ると完璧です。今回、Forumでの仕事で利用したが、トラム、バス、地下鉄が近くてとても便利でした。場所は雰囲気が良い地域で安全でした。

This is a pretty good place in a good location and a friendly young staff. It is modern and clean but, like many Ibis-style places, is cramped. There is simply not enough storage space - no drawers or cupboards, for example, just a couple of hangers and shelves, even though there is space that could have been put to better use. This might not be a problem if you are on our your own or staying just a night or two but we were a couple and stayed five nights. We had to pile our suitcases on top of each other and lift them up every time we needed something. There was a safe but no mini fridge. The lifts were a bit erratic too but overall I would recommend the place.

This is a hotel that is not even 2 stars (actually 1 star will be more accurate), regardless of having to pay almost 170 € per night. And if you are Gold in Accor, well, you are treated the same way as any other guest (though this is mentioned very clear in Accor website). After I stayed here before Covid now you have to pay 3 times the rate that you have in 2018-2019, but then, what you get, well, a room still with no fridge, a room with no paper tissue, and a room that will only give you a miserable 0.5 lt box of free water, and no refill if you stay more nights. And then, in my first night the AC didn't work because somedody else in another troom decided to off the AC in the whole floor and the staff couldn't do anything, then, even you paid a high rate the hotel will never compensate you for not being able to sleep in proper way. Then, breakfast that was very good 6 years ago is now much worst with not even individual yogurts (as they used to have) and less food selection. They are cleary trying to optimize their profit and I am sure they do, but at the same time they are simply showing low class. The whole experience so far is really bad and this place cannot be recommended, except you are fine having a room with no proper view, no fridge, no tissue paper, no refill water that cost less than 0.50€ is you stay more than one night, and even no AC as they have no clue how to solve this issue as it happened to me, and made me have a sleepless night. Unfortunately I still have to suffer some more nights here as they also treat you as a criminal and charge upon check in for the whole stay, in case you decide to escape, while having my credit card details. A very low class property that is clearly how the management wants to be.

Dear Prayanak, First of all, we thank you for taking time to talk about your experience in our hotel. We are so sorry if your experience didn't meet your expectations. Once again, we apologize for the matter with the AC, we had to find first the person who switched off the lead and then we had to wait to have authorization into his room. It is not usual and we are sorry that it happened and harmed your experience with us. Regarding the pricing difference, indeed since 2018/2019 the prices in Europe increased a lot and Barcelona's market have been more expensive. I'm sure you could noticed it in the restaurants, supermarkets as well. Then, we are surprised about the review regarding the breakfast since we improved it. Before we had a very few products, and we decided to listen to our guest and upgraded it. That's why we now have hot meals as two types of hot sausages, scrambled eggs, and beans with tomatoes sauce, and we have a lot more pastries, cakes, cold cuts and cheeses. As for the individual yogurts, it is now forbidden this is why we selected a creamy yogurt which is produced in Cataluña. And we have as well almond yogurt for people who needs lactose free. Also, we always charged at the check in since it's easier for the fast check out and so you don't have to wait if the front desk team is busy. However, if you are not comfortable to pay at the check-in we always let the possibility to pay at the check out. Again, we are sorry you didn't like your stay, and it would have been a pleasure to better serve you in a future. Wishing you a lovely day! Best regards
