Good breakfast, very accommodating as they let us have the room early as we landed after a very early flight. This really helped us. Room was clean and tidy and well presented. We had a junior suite with a balcony which was a lovely bonus with fabulous vista at night. No furniture on the balcony, wide gap around toilet door!

We arrived early before check in time for two nights stay , the room was not available, but the front desk clerk Brendetta was very helpful to store our luggages. The room we had on 4th floor was facing the street was a bit noisy of street traffic and there is a school across with sport activities in the yard (even on Saturday morning ). Hotel was great until at 4 am, someone opened our room door and walked right into our room even though we thought we had the security/dead bolt on. Apparently it was another patron that were given the same room as us and they were able to walked right into our room with a room key. My wife was very upset and frightened that some stranger was able to open our door with the room key. My wife was so upset that she was not able to sleep at all after that incident. I went down to the front desk at 4:30am to report this incident, the clerk on duty named Rabab apologized and said it is not her fault with this mixed up. She also said she will notify the day shift staff of the incident. When we arrived at the front desk in the morning, the male staff apologize again and compensated us with free breakfast and a bottle of wine. I did inquire if they would waive the first night charges, but disappointedly, they did not. We did not sleep well the second night due to the first night incident and we used our luggages to block the room door. Note to self, make sure I buy a door stopper next time we stay at a hotel.

宿泊費が高騰しているバルセロナにしては良心的価格。立地も地下鉄利用でそんなに不便は感じませんでした。部屋は普通でしたが、朝食が思いのほか良くパンなどが充実していました。

Terrible service and the hotel management has very poor ethics. Avoid at all costs and spend your money at a property that isn’t out to scam its customers. We lost over 1000 euros at this property and were treated terribly by the management and front desk staff.

Dear Mr. Adil, We're very sorry to hear that your experience with us was not what you expected. We always try to provide the best service possible, and we regret that you felt let down. To clarify, while your reservation was under a non-refundable rate, we did try to accommodate your situation by offering you a credit valid for 3 months. This was offered as a gesture of goodwill, and we only needed a medical certificate to confirm your situation. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive this before your scheduled arrival. We always aim to be fair and transparent with our guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope you might give us another chance in the future.
