I had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel Barcelona Skipper during a large corporate event we hosted onsite, and the experience exceeded expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond throughout our visit, ensuring everything ran smoothly for our team and our attendees. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the hotel’s location near the beach made it easy for our guests to enjoy Barcelona between sessions. The meeting spaces were bright, well equipped, and supported by an attentive A/V and events team who made logistics effortless. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to delivering a great experience. From check-in to checkout, the service was thoughtful, consistent, and truly five-star. I would highly recommend the Sofitel Barcelona Skipper for both business events and leisure travel. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Barcelona.

5 star service from the friendly reception and concierge staff and especially the doormen who made sure we had taxis promptly. The staff were very helpful in booking tickets for tours or anything we needed. The room was well appointed with a great view. We will stay at Barcelona Skipper again.

What a great hotel! Even in the winter is good to be by the beach. Brand new and very elegant. Definitely worth returning.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a two-night stay at the Sofitel Skipper in Barcelona, and overall, it was a memorable experience. While our arrival started with a few hiccups—particularly around our booking and the initial room, which didn't quite meet our expectations—things took a turn for the better thanks to the exceptional service from Josep, the front office manager. He handled our concerns promptly, upgraded us to a much nicer room, and even surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary gift, turning our stay around completely. The hotel itself boasts a sleek, modern design, and the hospitality throughout was truly outstanding. A special shoutout to Carol in the restaurant, whose attentive service at breakfast made every morning delightful. Additionally, Thiago at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent restaurant and bar recommendations that perfectly complemented our trip. Despite the initial setbacks, the staff’s professionalism and warmth made us feel valued and well taken care of. If we return to Barcelona, the Sofitel Skipper will definitely be our first choice for accommodation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stylish, welcoming hotel with top-notch service!

Despite the beauty of the property itself, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
