It was fully booked and our room had no aircon, an externally hot day. We got back from a party after 10 pm, staff couldn’t fix the issue. We went over to Penrith Panthers club to stay cool. My mum of 70yrs old and I both struggle with heat. We stay as long as we could and went back to the room after 1.30 am. It was still hot but because we were tired we got some sleep. I asked for complimentary breakfast. Should’ve been offered but none the less we got breakfast. I feel I should have been either fully or partially refunded as we didn’t stay the full time. Extremely disappointed.

Check in a delight esp a fellow whose name I've forgotten but I think starts with S and had a lovely accent He was great then and sorting out food tab's from penrith panthers when the ears wouldn't split bill Very appreciated Hotel seemed fine Maybe shower a little dated and no hand held shower Bed lovely if firm Very quite Wifi zero issues Couldn't fault for my business stay

Not a deluxe room.

I booked a deluxe king room for one night. The room was not really deluxe. The aircon controls were difficult to work out (had to ring reception for advice). Walking from the elevator to my room, there are numerous roof panels in the hallway with brown water stains and stains on the carpet. Along the hallway a few staff amenities are on full display ie doorways for storage, linen etc…..other hotels seem to disguise these so they are not on full view to the guests. The bathroom in my room was ordinary. Over the bath shower, a hard glass screen which restricted how you could turn the show on, no options with the shower head. The bath room was a real let down and came complete with a spider (huntsman) and a sad bent rubber plug. Having a shower with the cheap bath base was challenging and slippery. The king bed was not comfortable and overall I would not stay here again.

Cost dearer being an Accor member?

The accommodation is as per usual an excellent place and have stayed at this hotel quite a lot being Accor members dealing with the hotel through Accor, also being a member of Panthers it is extremely convenient for us to visit normally from Orange. On this occasion we met our family here on our return from holidays in Cairns and found that they have already booked us in for 3 nights in a superior king room which was great as it is our usual but was not through Accor which is supposed to be the cheapest rate available being an Accor Hotel but with WoWotrip.com which turned out $20 per night cheaper but also included breakfast daily for us which at the end the cost difference was substantial. Great family get together, but cost difference was a bit disappointing for our membership, we will see what happens for the next trip.

另外，要去餐廳吃飯時，若是不早上要通往餐廳那棟有通道，但是如果下午或晚上就不能通行，因我不是會員，所以有一次天下著雨，而我又無法開啟通往餐廳那棟建築物的門，向飯店服務人員說，她說我們不是會員，只能從外面馬路走到該棟建物大門。極不方便。
