Stayed 4 days for a conference at Panthers and was very happy with the hotel services & staff. All needs from early room availability & late check out requests were met with a smile and efficient manner. Heaps of room power outlet but could use some USB charge point at the next remodel.

Accidentally left a pair of shoes and charger in the room. Was able to recover the shoes, however told no charger found in the room. Don't appreciate being lied to and having belongings stolen! No WiFi access provided, no details to contact front desk either.

On receiving the report for lost property, our team immediately went to the room to check for the lost items. We were pleased to find the shoes and were able to return these to you. Unfortunately our team did not find the charger in the room. Our housekeepers work hard every day to ensure our guests have a memorable stay and we have a process in place to ensure we record and photograph all items which are left in the room. On this occasion we apologise that the charger was not located. We are pleased that Natasha, our Rooms Division Manager was able to reach out to you since your stay to assist and was able to rectify the situation for you. It was fully booked and our room had no aircon, an externally hot day. We got back from a party after 10 pm, staff couldn’t fix the issue. We went over to Penrith Panthers club to stay cool. My mum of 70yrs old and I both struggle with heat. We stay as long as we could and went back to the room after 1.30 am. It was still hot but because we were tired we got some sleep. I asked for complimentary breakfast. Should’ve been offered but none the less we got breakfast. I feel I should have been either fully or partially refunded as we didn’t stay the full time. Extremely disappointed.

Check in a delight esp a fellow whose name I've forgotten but I think starts with S and had a lovely accent He was great then and sorting out food tab's from penrith panthers when the ears wouldn't split bill Very appreciated Hotel seemed fine Maybe shower a little dated and no hand held shower Bed lovely if firm Very quite Wifi zero issues Couldn't fault for my business stay
