Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your kind words about our team—we truly appreciate it. We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and that our staff did their best to assist you. Regarding the room temperature, we would like to clarify that all our rooms are equipped with a central heating system, which can be adjusted directly in the room. During your stay, the heating was available but not activated by you from the room, which resulted in a lower temperature. As soon as this was brought to our attention, our team provided additional heaters to ensure your comfort. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the odor and the air conditioning noise.
