Stayed at The Park Lane hotel for 4-nights in December and the service from the staff was wonderful. Special mention to Kitty who made my family and I feel right at home from the time we spoke to her at the counter. She was observant to notice my daughter's recent birthday and offered a cake/fruits as a welcome gift to our family. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HK! Thanks again Kitty!

The Service at this hotel is second to none.From check in through to checkout first class service hotel was lovely and clean everywhere rooms modern and fresh. MTR and tram terminus within an easy 5 minute walk and Victoria Park across the road. I thank all the staff at this hotel for your service you are truly dedicated to ensuring a great experience for your guests.The lounge staff made sure that every detail was taken care off and friendly greetings everyday. I have travelled extensively throughout the world but no one comes close to the service your staff afford so thank-you for a great stay. Look forward to returning.

Amazing Staff, Excellent Location, Run Down Hotel

Stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is at an excellent location, next to the bustling causeway bay shops. 15 mins by taxi to the City Center. The hotel staff are amazing provided an excellent service. The Accor online booking seems to be complicated with fine print clauses. After three nights we wanted to change hotels and the front desk staff said we need to give a two day notice. Else we will be charged for extra two nights. The hotel rooms were clearly in a run down state at best a 3 star rating. The weather turned cold and we found that the hotel did not have central heating upon inquiry we were provided a portable fan heater. This increased the dryness and made the room stuffy. Similarly one has to wait for hot water. We checked out early and moved to another hotel.

Great location and friendly staff

Hotel Manager Chloce and front desk Aram are both very helpful during our check in even thought there were some hiccups but it was well sorted. Housekeeping staff are very friendly too. Only one thing need to be improved is the guest service, I called for some chopsticks and bowl to be sent to our room coz we are having some take out food.. but it never been sent to our room as promised.. apart from this everything is absolutely great and we totally enjoy our stay.
