Had the best stay at the Sofitel hotel in BKC Mumbai. A really lovely area and the hotel amenities were amazing. It was a really relaxing experience and all the staff - security, front of house, restaurant staff, Artisan staff, everyone that works here has been so friendly and super helpful.

It was a great stay and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!!

Sajan was brilliant in serving and helping me with all amenities. He was very sweet and kind and made my trip lovely. He was very proactive in understanding what was needed for the room - and he helped me with bath bombs and suggested multiple sleep pillows. Great job sajan! ♥️

Great experience

The staff are amazing! Romeo couldn’t do enough to help us! Would thoroughly recommend staying here. It is around a 30-40 minute drive from lots of the main tourist attractions and points of interest but taxis were easy and affordable. We will be coming back soon!

It's a couple retreat for your small staycation

The overall experience was phenomenal, no doubts with regards to the great service house keeping staff and other staff has provided. Everything here is well thought, Would definitely love to come stay with sofitel Again. Thank you for the experience.
