Dear Guest Sugeng Sonten Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found the cleanliness of the room satisfactory. However, we apologize for the issue with the bathroom ventilation and the lingering odor. We will have our maintenance team look into this to ensure the ventilation system is working properly.
