We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you encountered, particularly regarding the condition of the linen, chairs, carpet, and towels. Your feedback is important, and we have shared these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate follow-up. We also appreciate your comments regarding our breakfast selection. While we aim to offer a variety that reflects local flavors, we will review our menu to better accommodate diverse preferences, including more Western options. We truly regret to hear about the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding smoking in the pool area, the slow elevator, and the limited availability of seating around the pool. Please accept our sincere apologies. Our pool area is designated as a non-smoking zone, and we are very sorry that this policy was not properly respected during your visit. We will take stronger measures to monitor and enforce this rule more effectively in the future. We also understand how important a smooth and comfortable experience is when it comes to using hotel facilities.
