Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to write the above review and I appreciate the feedback. Looking at your reservation I can see that you stayed with us early April and the night you stayed we had three rooms left to sell at the time of check in being our Queen Accessible Rooms and top suite. Whilst this is an upgrade opportunity, as you had not booked an accessible room we did not want to assume and as for the top suite, this is four categories above the room booked. I do hope the previous gives clairty as to why no upgrade was provided. I do apologise that the notes on the preferences were not read for your amenity, something we are definitely looking into here at the hotel to provide personalised experiences with us and will be improving this. We do very much value you, just like every other guest but more so as a Platinum member and would love to welcome you back to ensure your opinion of the hotel changes.
