Hello Got2try, Thankyou for your review it is appreciated, from your feedback I have established that you stayed at The Sebel Residences Melbourne Docklands, which is generally booked for long stays, hence housekeeping is only weekly , however you are correct in highlighting amenities and top ups can be requested from the 24 hour reception at The Sebel Melbourne Docklands which services The Sebel Residences Melbourne Docklands, I apologize here for the difficulty in contacting reception as it should not be this difficult and this has been addressed with the Front Office Manager. Should you visit the Docklands again and have preference for more of a hotel type experience I would suggest giving The Sebel Melbourne Docklands a try , they are apartment style but with added benefits and hotel services such as onsite dining and daily housekeeping service ( except Sunday's & pubic holidays ) We hope to welcome you back should you visit the Docklands again Warm regards Jayne Kinghorn Director of Sales & Marketing
