Dear Hilary, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you found our team to be friendly, chatty, and cheerful, as we pride ourselves on our exceptional service. It's also wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the interesting views of the highways and water. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the TV in your first room. We understand how important it is for our guests to have a fully functional in-room entertainment system for a comfortable stay. Finally, we are pleased that we were able to resolve the situation by providing a new room with a slight upgrade. Nonetheless, we hope you had the chance to benefit from our hotel's direct access to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and its proximity to the DFO Shopping centre for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
