My recent experience at the Novotel Suites Hanoi was wonderful, surpassing my expectations with its comfortable amenities, convenient services, and efficient staff. The hotel's proximity to numerous corporate offices greatly facilitated my work-related travel. The room allocated to me was contemporary, well-furnished, clean, and generously proportioned. Although a larger desk would have been preferable, but this was a minor issue. The breakfast selection was splendid, offering a variety of options. An added advantage was the tranquil atmosphere maintained throughout my visit. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, contributing to a welcoming environment. In summary, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable and met all my needs.

This hotel and it's staff make my stays feel like home.From check-in to check out.Nothing is too much trouble.The reception guys are great.MS Lan And r rMs Hang are just so friendly and take the time to discuss your day your stay and every else.They make you leave with a spring in your step.Mr Ling on the 17th floor does everything to make you feel a welcomed guest and again takes his time to engage with you in the friendliest of manners.Last night we really kept him up far too late and hehe left with a smile and a wave. Even the deputy general manager has gone above and beyond to help us find some essential materials we required Great place because of its people.

We took a one night stay at this property: Cleanliness - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 - Very courteous & helpful, they had a tailored vegan breakfast packaged for us to suit our dietary preferences. Room - 9/10 - Good & clean rooms. Location - Very well located with easy accessibility near cafés, restaurants & shopping streets/plazas. Value for Money - 9/10

Family of four, really enjoyed out stay here in a two bedroom suite. Plenty of facilities (2 x restaurants, rooftop bar (with pool table) with two outdoor areas, outdoor pool, gym. Staff were very pleasant and super helpful, and always happy to answer any questions or assist if needed. Food through the restaurant or room service was delicious. Breakfast buffet was extensive and offered plenty of choice from western to asian options. Location is about a 30min Grab Taxi ride from the centre of town, but we never had any trouble getting a ride even though things were a little quiet due to Chinese New Year holiday. Convenience stores, Starbucks, pharmacy and restaurant (Alfresco's Tran Thai Tong) all within a short walking distance. Enjoyed the stay here and would definitely consider it again if staying in this area.

Good hotel but .....

Will I be there again? Yes. The motto of this hotel should be "Good but". Conveniently located for my business, it is a nice hotel in need to work on details and problems. Nice room but .... 3 days with thermometer set at 30 °C without reaching a reasonable room temperature in Hanoi’s cold winter. New hotel but .... showing already sign of required maintenance here and there with quality and taste of furniture questionable. Bathroom is fine but .... not enough room around the washbowl to put your stuff, some screws used for fixing various items are all rusted and warm water takes ages to arrive. Good idea to offer a scale in the room (all hotels should do it), but ..... one window in the bathroom did not have a courtin, so light came in in the morning. Kind and (over) friendly staff but ... not so professional
