This was my second stay after 3 months, received warm welcome from Mr Thuy (FOM) on my arrival day and glad to see the improvement on the area I feedback to both Mr Thuy & Ms Thu during my last stay. The check-in was smooth and the upgraded room impeccably appointed with necessary amenities like kitchenware, coffee machine and also come with laundry machine which really help for frequent traveller like me. The attentive services provided from the staffs at Gourmat bar, food exchange & also roof top bar was prompt and always with genuine smiles. Special thanks to lovely Ms Thu, Ms Ly, Ms Hang & also Mr Hieu who always ensure I was well taken care when I was in either roof top or Gourmat bar. Of course also not to forget Mr Son from food exchange who always prepared the Vietnamese coffee to my liking during breakfast time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Hanoi regardless of holiday or business trip and for sure I’ll be back again to this hotel whenever I have plan to visit Hanoi in the near future.

One of the best Novotel chain that I ever stayed as Accor plus and gold member. All the service stuff from check in… room service … house keeping . Restaurant you named it. All providing best service to guests. kudos to management and stuff making feel like home. I spend some time at roof top bar during evening time, THU is the one that serving with best service possible. I arrived late and I don’t have anything to eat but she prepared food from kitchen even kitten is about to close. Outstanding services from every aspects. Thanks again for memorable stayed at Novotel Suites Hanoi. Keep it up.

Kudos to all service staff at Food Exchange (2nd floor) is very courteous and accommodating in meeting our meeting room requirements. They’d shown great patience and warmth and sincerity in service at all times. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Well appointed hotel in the business district away from the noise and chaos of the Old Quarter... Beautifully appointed room, slightly aging but comfortable and luxurious.... Great breakfast with live options for eggs and noodle dishes cooked to your liking.... They have a Saeco fully automated coffee machine but the coffee is extremely bitter and not to my liking😥.. Doubled glazing means the only noise is the aircon but that can't be helped... All in all a very comfortable stay 😍

Personal agradable, Wifi de calidad, Buenas habitaciones, Skybar agradable. En todo punto lo que se puede esperar de un Novotel. Hay restaurantes a proximidad y siempre hay taxis disponibles. Perfecto para negocios, para turismo quizás un poco alejado del centro histórico.
