El hotel ofrece un estándar occidental de muy buen nivel en Vietnam. El personal del hotel muestra gran empatía con los huéspedes y es muy atento. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Me prepararon una habitación para ocuparla a las 9 de la mañana, puesto que llegaba de un viaje largo en avión. El desayuno es muy completo y hay comida pensada para los occidentales. El único inconveniente es que en la hora punta del desayuno el comedor está muy concurrido. La zona alrededor del hotel no es zona de paseo.

Pros: the rooms are fantastic. We have now stayed here 4 separate times on our trip and stayed in 2 types of rooms. The beds are super comfortable, it has blackout blinds, the bathroom is great with a rain shower and a great toilet. The laundry in room and great and the luggage room is excellent. The views are great. Cons: fees cons but a few things to improve would be the breakfast buffet coffee, add a top floor bar, add a hot tub beside the pool. The location is a little far from the old quarter but it’s easy to take a grab. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the staff were super friendly, helpful and really nice. I would recommend this hotel to almost anyone.

Good hotel with studio and small apartment for family. I am Gold member Accor so I thought I can have free checkin early but the hotel still charged me fee because I checkin at 9:30am. I stayed there 2 times but no upgrate for room. Even I booked another 3 rooms for my family but no upgrate. Stay here I couldnt have any benefit as a Gold member so I feel abit bad. Food in third floors was not nice and always like this since the first time I stayed. Cleaning room so quick and usually not upload toilet paper and not empty bin. Anyway I want to say thank you to all room service and staffs there they supported us and always friendly during we stayed

장기출장이나 키친과 세탁이 필요한 분들이면 수영장안쓴다 생각하고 묶을만 할것 같아요. 아이가 있거나 수영장 사용계획이 있으시다면 오지마세요. 직원들 영어구사 잘못하고. (짐작하고 pool 만 듣고 내얘긴 듣지도 않고 다른 소리함) 수영장 곰팡이, 깨진타일 한번도 갈지 않은것 같은 더러운물, 청소를 안한지오래되어 미끄러운 바닥, 컴플레인하니 보수중이라고 ㅎㅎ 체크인할때 그런말없었고 수영장 이용한다니 안내해줘놓고?? 어이상실. 수영장 매일 이용할 계획이라 개선이 내일까지 어렵다면 호텔 바꾸고 싶다고 했으나 낼 아침까지 하겠다 우김.. 물론 전혀 개선안됌. 방으로 콜백 달라 했으나 아무도 안함. 매니저도 마찬거지.. 결국 지내는동안 수영장 계속 못썼고 보상도 없었음. 추후 돌아와서 헤드쿼터에 항의메일썼더니 간신히 리워드 포인트 줌..절대비추 가지마세요..중국,한국 단체관광객도 너무 많고 너무 성의없고..저 심지어 유료 멤버쉽&티어 있는데도 이런대우.. 암튼 비추합니다. 애 안다쳤기에 다행이예요. 애가 먹을만한 메뉴도 부족해요. 방은 폭이좁고 긴형태고 좀 어둡고 답답한 감이있어요. 하드웨어가 오래된것 같습니다.

The central location did not have much International meals choice, the room was spacious but the hotel was full of tourists, the breakfast items were wiped up by the tourists as early as 7:30am, the restaurant staff was very slow to replenish the breakfast food items, the service staff kept clearing my seat while I have not finished my breakfast, etc.
