1、承诺12：00可以入住，到了酒店房间打扫不出来，拖到2：00才把房间打扫出来，仅仅赔偿了1一份早餐 2、房间设施陈旧，桌面、墙面都有破损；屋内上次入住的人弄得都是烟味，没有给安排无烟房； 3、房间窗帘底部漏光，走廊隔音很差，影响睡眠质量； 4、A+五折优惠不能使用，在前台大吵大闹才能解决问题；

总得来说，酒店的位置很好，就在南湖边上，而且可以通过酒店小门进入南湖，早上跑步都很方便的。就是要是长时间的入住会有没房的时候，就是有日子房间回莫名其妙的被定没有，联系酒店帮忙给续住是无法续住，不得不搬走，碰到这里有活动就是这么个情况，不得不换酒店，确实体验不好。

酒店位于唐山南湖景区边上，位置很好，景色优美。目前大堂在装修，但整体服务不错，前台操作熟练，很大方的升级了套房。有点遗憾的是酒廊没开，HH是送餐到房~

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Room and hotel facilities/amenities: Big rooms, clean, comfy bed, but the air con did not work properly. The engineering team could not find out why my AC was not working. The gym was spacious with many free weight options as well. Location: Very good. It is near the convention center. The hotel is your only to go place since there is nothing to see in Tangshan anyway. Getting taxi: You better use didi. Food: Pretty good. Plenty of options for breakfast. The burgers for room service was a bot dry though. Service: Good, the concierge was helpful and friendly.

The Pullman hotel opened in 2016 on the occasion of the national flower exhibition in Tangshan. The hotel is located not far from the theater and Conference Center, however 4 kilometers from the city center and 6 km from the high-speed train station. The architectural style of the hotel is reminiscent of a French Loire Castle. It has more than 300 rooms that are accessible through long gangways. The hotel conforms to a 5-star rating. The executive room on the 5th floor makes an elegant impression and is spacious with 50m2. The room is well appointed with a comfortable, oversized King size bed, a sofa and a large desk. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The very spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, a bath tub and separate toilet. Everything was perfectly clean. In the vestibule, a fridge and a kettle for making tea/coffee is available. During my stay at the Valentine's day 2017 a huge buffet was built. As a business traveler, little Valentine's mood was in me and I went to the traditional Chinese restaurant, where there was absolute emptiness. The atmosphere is elegant. The food was absolutely great. Besides the expensive dishes normally ordered for business occasions such as abalone and sea cucumber, there was a wide selection of more common and inexpensive food too. The breakfast buffet is generously set and lacked nothing. Breakfast should be booked preferably with the room as it is more cost effective. There is a bar in the lobby. The prices are reasonable. Around the hotel there are no shops, but there is a convenience store in the lobby where drinks, snacks, toiletries and souvenirs are available The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool. The price of this hotel for the quality offered is attractive. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation.
