Dear Almighty Blue, Thank you for taking your time sharing your experience during your stay with us, we regret to learn that your stay was not meeting your expectation. The temporary swimming pool closure from 3pm to 9pm during the reception was an incidental and we have made written notification including hotel guest letter distributed to the room prior the event as well communicated personally during the check in time, the swimming pool was immediately release to operate as regular operation hour as soon as the reception over. During your stay we were trying to reach you and your colleagues who stay in different room several different times in two days to discuss further and possibly alternate offer including accessing our nearby sisters hotel swimming pool facility as our good will gesture but were not successful, your feedback on our laundry service in the morning, music in the restaurant, the light switch in the room and a piece of broken glass in the safe deposit box has been immediately addressed and investigate further to ensure we do not have reoccurrences in the future Almighty Blue, we are aware that the modification of our guest facility may causing inconveniences however this does not mean that we are agree not to deliver nor decreasing our product & service quality therefore we appreciated your feedback and rest assure we are taking it seriously follow with necessary action of improvement.
