Good Choice for people who pass Lyon northbound , not far away from motorway Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Watch out on Sundays, the Restaurant is closed and food from the roomservice is horrible

Great stopover hotel on the route du soleil. It is close to the highway, easy parking in the underground parking garage, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The hotel is pet friendly.

The hotel rooms are ok . The problem if you stay there is it is almost a table at the restaurant which is reslly annoying after long days working and too tired to look for a place to eat. I regret thry do not give priority to their hotel guests.

Decent stay, nothing more

Booked on accor.com for one night stay. I had 2 rooms for a family of 4, however the rooms they offered are not the same, one was normal and other was more strange, probably arranged for disability persons. The rooms are decent and basic (no minibar, no iron, no hairdryer) and one of them was not used for long. A thick layer of dust on the lamp shade alowing you to sign your name on it proves it. You need to pay 14 EUR/day for the parking, the entrance could be bigger to accommodate larger cars. The swimming pool is very small, but it was also not well maintained (dirt inside, the water had a strange grey colour). The most inconvenient part for me was that I pay for the rooms in full (171 EUR) but they also blocked a significant amount on my credit card (250 EUR) and didn't release the amount at the moment of writing this review, 4 days later. It will probably take a week and I find this excessive.

Le parking payant est courant pour un parking sécurisé et fermé la nuit. Pour le déposit c'est la procédure normale dans tous les hôtels du monde. C'est votre banque qui pose un problème de déblocage de cette préautorisation. 171€ pour 2 chambres soit 85.50€ par chambre que faire de plus dans un 4 étoiles. Pour finir le mini bar est dans les suites et chambres supérieures et le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain de toutes les chambres. La planche à repasser c'est dans le 5 étoiles, mais à votre disposition sur demande à la réception. Au plaisir.

Good, clean, neat & tidy hotel in central location for walking to restaurants and getting taxi's as needed. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was satisfactory from running buffet. Would stay again
