First stopover hotel after long drive. Hotel has small pool which is great for kids to enjoy & cool off in. Good breakfast & restaurant with outside dining. Two interconnecting rooms were allocated so great amount of space. Good aircon & clean rooms. Would stay again.

Third time we have used this hotel regarding traveling to the south. Services getting worser. Swimming pool not available. Information restaurant is closing one day before arrival. No friendly services of staff.

In case of annulation in time you will never get your money back, Your emails disappear and by phone you are brushed off. However the sales conditions in the confirmation email stated that you will be refunded if you cancel more than 3 days before the booking.

There was dirty bathroom. In bath all around was mold! 🤯 Door to bathroom was broken and breakfast was very very poor, absolutely not worth of 10 euros. :( Very sad experience…. Definitely not recommend! :(:(:(:(:(:( ……………………………………………….

Dear KristinePupola, we discover your message. Are you sure you stayed at Ibis Lyon Nord(Ibis Red), because we couldn't find your reservation. In any case if any problem at our hotel do not hesitate to contact the reception 24h/24 7j/7 dail 9 and our Smileteam will try to find a solution. Our breakfast is a buffet with lot of choice. If any request check with our team, sometiems we have to cok again some croissants, breads or chocolate breads. Hope to see you on your next trip. The SmileTeam

We book this hotel since a few years every year we choose to go by car on holiday. We skipped last year, but due to the corona-crisis we decided to travel by car. The team seems to have changed at the hotel. The hotel used to be child friendly but this year it allmost looked like they were unwanted at the hotel. The playground was a disaster, as there was dog-poo everywhere and we had to clean shoes and pants of the children. The food at the restaurant used to be delicious, but not anymore. The chef seems to have changed. Ordering in English if very-very difficult, and if you dont use Google Translate i can assure you - its impossible. Let that fresh wind blow again at this wonderfull place as it used to be all those former years. We are thinking of not booking this hotel anymore in the future.

Dears Svenu10, we are really sorry for the problems you encounter. We have a playground, the "Kid-zone" especially for the children. But with the coronavirus we have closed to acces to it. The swimming pool is open and with the Virus and less guest we have reduced the restaurant menu. We continue to offer quality food but in a smaller offer. We hope that it will be soon as before so everything become in order. The SmileTeam with the Mask this year....
