Nice, comfort, clean and good service hotel. The buffet is great and reasonable price. The promotion is 990 Baht per person from 6 pm to 10 pm. Food are in good quality and delicious. These are you can expect from Novotel Hotel. They also offer free-flow wine for only 590 baht from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Beautiful hotel Great amenities like weight room all very shiny clean and lovely. The pool is spectacular. It is an industrial port so not a beach destination but a very nice place to stay when in Sriracha. Close to lots of street food and monkeys in the park across the street.

Wonderful Stay!

Book two nights with Accor as a Gold member and another two nights with Thaiger promo. Check-in on 13 Oct and hotel was quite busy as I am unable to enter the Executive Lounge, I believed due to long weekend. I managed to enjoy my drinks n canapes on the second night even though no upgrade of room for my Gold status. But I was glad and amazed when the staff allowed me to continue my next two nights( with lounge access) in my same room even though the two bookings were completely different categories, initially first two had lounge access and the second one does not. Everything was perfect except there is no nespresso coffee machine in the Premium Deluxe Room. Breakfast was good but the restaurant too cold, I need to have it outdoor to escape the cold. The location is very central and close to nearby attractions like the local morning market and Koh Loy. There is a free shuttle service to Koh Loy n Central Si Racha but did not use it. You can travel to other places by using Bolt App which is cheaper than Grab App. I would like to mention staff like Chompoo and Tarn from Front Office and Frame from the lounge. And also the solo female chef busy preparing noodle and cook to order egg! She was working during breakfast time on 17 Oct, did not get her name . If I'm back to Si Racha next time , definitely will stay again, probably the Junior Suite!

Spa treatment experience was so peaceful and relaxing, the rooftop bar offers an amazing view over the pier during the sunset, definitely recommend the whole experience. The receptionist Frame has been very professional and friendly, always smiling: Thank you for your patience :)
