We arrived at 4:00pm on a saturday, they were still not finished cleaning the room. We got into the room, it wasn't fully clean. Left over food, plastic bags from the previous guest were laying around. I ordered a bucket of ice for the room -- they charged...for ice.

Being a platinum Accor member I booked a room. I requested an extra small bed for my son, as given by many hotels free. This hotel wanted just short of 2000 baht for the bed which was more than the cost of the room. Absolutely disgusting. So went on the Accor app, cancelled the booking and booked alternative friendly accommodation

This hotel offers a diverse selection of breakfast options, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities are complete, and the price is reasonable. Additionally, guests can access the swimming pool directly from their balcony. Ms. Ing from the housekeeping department provided exceptional service, assisting with bathroom amenities upon request and even offering us two extra bottles of drinking water.

Very good location in Pattaya! On the beach and you can watch the sunset from one of the really comfortable daybeds. The staff is excellent!! Everyone is very friendly and you never have to wait lang for your Drink. Especially Patty and Mart were very nice! Definitely someplace to come again!

This stay was really peaceful and the beach was really beautiful and fun. The people in this hotel were kind, funny and friendly. Pleng Ammie was really kind with my little sister, who played with my little sister..We all enjoyed stayed in this hotel.
