위치도 좋았고 조식도 무난한 편이라 만족스럽긴했으나 12월 말 기준 객실 내 히터를 최대로 틀어두어도 다소 추운 느낌이 있었습니다. 2박 3일 동안 못 지낼 정도는 아니지만 공기가 차게 느껴졌기에 어린 아이와 동반하거나 추위를 많이 타는 사람은 고민해볼 필요가 있어 보입니다.

시끄러운 시내에서 조금 떨어져 오히려 좋았고, 10분안에 번화가에 갈수 있어서 좋았습니다. 사우나는 항상 따뜻하게 되었으면 합니다.

호텔은 4성급답게 쾌적하고 깨끗하고 모든 시설이 갖추어져 있었음 유럽의 평균치보다 넓고 조용한 객실 그러나 주차료가 너무 비싼것 같음

대체적으로 조식도 괜찮았고, 시설도 괜찮았으나 보증금에 대해 설명이 없어 매우 아쉬웠던 거 같아요, 또한 2주가 지난 지금도 비록 체크카드로 결제 했지만 보증금이 환불이 안되니 답답합니다. 최대한 빨리 보증금 방2개 EUR168.40×2=336.80EUR 을 빨리 돌려주세요.
