Very bad experiance

I made a reservation with 2 rooms but they told me that there was a mistake and i can get only one room. Me,my wife and 3 kids had to spend a night in one room. It was a nightmare The next day they realised the mistake they did on their part and gave me the second room but the bad attitude and arrogance got even worse. I'm still in the hotel and many bad things happened mainly because of a staff manager whome name and other details will be uncovered when i check out. To be continued...

Rooms are up to Novotel standard , clean, confortable , the bar is very nice with good atmosphere even late , decent buffet breakfast and decent restaurant, but what makes the difference is the service! Great efficient staff at the bar at the restaurant or at the reception special thanks to Asma for her lovely smile and her professionalism!

Although I have been to Morocco many times, I had never been to Mohammedia. By chance I found Novotel and thought it might be a low key place to spend a week en route to my cottage in Canada from Tokyo. And only 20 minutes by train to Casablanca. And WOW! After almost 48 hours of cancelled flights I arrived with no baggage as the airline had lost it. Over the next six days the staff lent me their own chargers, made telephone calls and kept my spirits high. I had many requests and not once did I feel I was a bother. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much Asma, Yousra and Rind. True professionals. Breakfast was busy but very nice. Sandrine although extremely busy was a joy. There was a wide choice of pastries, hot dishes, Moroccan sweets etc.Only complaint, the pastilles were excellent but not offered every day. I didn't use the spa but the interior pool gets sunshine all afternoon and there is food service I didn't use it but the young men there always had a warm greeting and smile. I felt valued. I am an early riser and often had a cigarette around 530. The guards were without fail incredibly polite. The same goes for the bar staff. So totally excellent experience. Mohammedia is not really a tourist destination but the beach vibe is nice, lots of relaxed local seafood places, a kashbah which real locals frequent and no rip offs or overcharging. In other words, a wonderful place to go. Well done everyone. You made what could have been a nightmare a wonderful experience. Btw. I popped into the IBIS as well to ask info. They gave me a wonderful solution to my problem. So kudos to Accor's other property as well. I love Accor's European personal touch. Please never become an American business model clone.

Nightmare at Mohamedia

Nightmare !!! 1 st I arrive with everything paid and they say is overbooking that I need to wait , after 2 hours waiting and after some people make check in after me that get me a room ! Not even a glass of water they offer me . Last night I ask for room service , and after 2 hours nothing ! Call to reception ask what happens and don’t know ! Not a work say sorry ! I was in almost 400 hotels THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE TO BE ! Professionalism ZERO !
