We stayed one night on the front end and one night on the back end of our week long vacation. Rooms/hall were not as clean as they should be for a hotel with such high ratings. Dirty carpets, weird odor in hallways. They did not have the chocolate hour (either night) that they advertise they have every night. They gave us a room that was already occupied. Breakfast was ok, and probably the best part of our stay. Pool was ok and maintenance responded quickly when guests complained about being cut by cracked tiles. It was overall ok but not 4 star.

The Room I had was a little dated, but overall my experience was great. The impeccable staff and white glove service that you receive makes this experience 10x better. The rooftop restaurant on site is a must see, the staff makes you feel right at home, they play great music, serve delicious food and drinks that’ll knock your socks off. If you’re in Casablanca go check them out because they’re located in the Golden Traingle one of the best places in Casablanca. I want to shout out Ayoub one of the servers at the rooftop restaurant, the concierge, the chefs and staff that wake up early every morning to make that delicious breakfast, and Zineb D’soir I might’ve spelled her name wrong, if i did forgive me but she was a great housekeeper she made sure the room was stocked with everything i needed.

I had a great experience at the Movepick Casablanca. The service was incredible, everything was being taken care of until the little details. If I’m ever back in casa, I will definitely visit again! Especially Hajar of the guest relation and Hassan of the 16me restaurant and Hicham of the concierge, they were amazing!
