The good thing is location. All the rest was very very disappointing. We booked to junior suits arrived early at 14:15 both were not ready , at 16:15 they gave us one room. The reception team all of them were not nice at all. Made us do a check in twice . Rooms were clean but an awful smell of sewage ! Disgusting we mentioned it to the reception no one cared ! We paid a lot to stay there and we were happy to leave.

Total horrible hotel. Do NOT even think of staying here. Service is 2 star at best. Nightmare. Not one thing good that we can say.

worst hotel I have seen in 30 years

On arrival at 1:30 after 20 hours of travel ,the receptionist wanted nothing to do with us until 3:00 , despite the hotel being quite empty. When we got our room it looked so run down, dirty carpets, bathroom floors appeared not to be washed in weeks. Stained bed sheets. Overall disgusting. Most overpriced hotel for the service, dirt, in need of serious repair. No heat or air conditioning or ventilation except a window that needed opening for fresh air. I cannot believe anyone would rate it higher than a 1/5. It makes may not trust trip advisor ratings

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel Casablanca. All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Ayoub went out of his way to assist us and make sure we were taken care of.
