Менеджер на регистрации улучшив , согласно правилам для платиновых клиентов, нам номер дал наверное лучший в отеле большущий номер с гостинной почти на самом верху, на 20-м этаже с прекрасным видом на море и город. Вернее сначала нам дали номер похуже, но по моей настойчивой просьбе ))) выдали именно этот. Прекрасная кровать. Полная тишина и поэтому шикарный сон при плотных занавесках. Подкачали подушки, как резиновые, слишком плотные. Огромное фойе на рецепшен. Здесь и в ресторане всегда было слегка некомфортно холодновато. На завтраки пришлось получше одеваться. Завтраки неплохие. Продукты разнообразные. Персонал услужлив. Два дня на новогодние праздники у нас убирали не очень хорошо. Но после звонка менеджеру все исправили. Отель в центре города пешком можно дойти до двух больших моллов и до половины городских достопримечательностей. Такси недорогое, поэтому как ходит здесь общественный транспорт мы так и не узнали. Есть единственная претензия. Для мебели и оборудования отеля лучшие времена явно давно прошли. Требуется хороший ремонт и осовременивание.

Chambres magnifiques et très propres. Salle de sport idéale, hammam / sauna / jacuzzi super et piscine magnifique (température parfaite, très grande etc) seul bémol : la télé dans les chambres qui pour l'une ne marchait pas et pour l'autre n'avait aucune chaîne internationale

Das Pullmann ist ein riesiger Kasten mit entsprechendem Ambiente, was nicht negativ heißen soll. Moderne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und wie immer freundliches Personal. Wenn man ein Zimmer in einem höheren Flur hat, genießt man eine schöne Aussicht. Für eine Nacht eine gute Alternative.

Service "executive" excellent avec un personnel, surtout celui de la fin d'après-midi, exceptionnel. Très grande chambre avec une très belle vue, il manque toutefois un balcon. La piscine est très bien et très peu fréquentée lors de notre passage. Le ménage n'est pas exceptionnel, des morceaux de papier à terre se déplaçaient dans la chambre sans jamais disparaitre.

Très bon accueil au Pullman de Miri ! Personnel charmant, chambre spacieuse et propre. Le room service n’est pas terrible, ni les petits-déjeuners au 24, point d’amélioration. La vue est vraiment top, c’est un plus!
