My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere of the hotel incorporates a blend of comfort, warmth, cleanliness, hospitality and attention to details.from the moment i walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and polite receptionist called Maureen.

My experience here was great I love it

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two days and had a wonderful experience! I had an amazing at this hotel The Roms are very clean with confortable beds I really enjoyed my stay The stuffs was really nice expecially Maureen Anilson Axel Alfa and Woeser Breakfast was really delicious i loved it I highly recommande

My stay at the hotel during the match was nothing short of amazing, and what impressed me even more was that the level of service didn’t fade once the match was over. The hospitality remained just as warm, attentive, and seamless all the way through checkout. It truly felt like the team cared about every moment of my visit. Huge appreciation to Woeser for making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her effort and kindness made my stay exceptional right up to the very last minute.
